At Direction, we believe every touch should be unique and that the little things are the big things - creating, assembling, and distributing welcome bags for each of your guests is one of our favorite ways to kick off the multi-day extravaganza.
We like to think of it as more than just another "should I?" and more as a "why wouldn't I?"

Just imagine how your guests will feel when they arrive after their travels to see a personal, one-of-a-kind, thoughtful welcome gift just for them. Bags (boxes, baskets - the list goes on) filled with locally sourced treats, items that add fun to the celebration, and personal touches that make people smile. Anything from branded reusable cups, cozies, hangover kits, special treats, personal mementos, and so much more – everything is possible! It is a little thing that changes everything.

Aside from putting a smile on everyone's faces, the welcome bags can reflect your wedding vibe, showcase what guests can expect over the days ahead, and incorporate touches of local and personal vibes. BEFORE the big kiss

Typically, all eyes are on the main event – the big "I do."
But what about the pre-event festivities that can get the party started?

Why not start things off with sandy toes, local music, incredible food, and a tropical vibe like none other? Creating custom welcome drinks (one of many over the coming days) and soaking in one of many picture-perfect sunsets.

Perhaps you hear that and think "but that is exactly how I want my wedding day to be: more relaxed and casual, not all the formalities", but you also feel like you don’t want to miss out on the formalities.

Why not start the weekend with formalities, a seated dinner, a champagne toast, speeches, and videos from loved ones afar?

AFTER the big kiss

You have officially done it, walked down the aisle, said "I do", and celebrated your formal marriage - now what?
Where did the idea come from that, once the big moment has passed, it is all over, and there is nothing left to celebrate?

For us, the post-wedding event is one of the best moments, it's a time to reunite with everyone, relive the incredible moments from the past days, and, most importantly, celebrate the official union. It's a time and space to hear stories and memories from the pre-wedding days, unwind, relax, and just be together.

A more laid-back setting is perfect for the post-wedding celebration, it's a time to unwind and come together - a space for good food, good vibes, and most importantly, a freedom from stress.

Of course, a more formal gathering is also an option. Who doesn't love a fancy-dress brunch? It's just another excuse to dress up and enjoy, but something is to be said about the no-fuss, rock-up-if-you-can moment if that's your jam.

One of our favs is, for sure, the boat trip. Not too early, not too late - just swimsuit, cooler full of beers and champagne, hangover food platter, and moments for a dip in the sea.

If morning festivities are not on your list after a few days of celebrating, why not an early evening beach BBQ to say farewell to your loved ones?

In creating your wedding website, we will provide all the details for each event, transportation details, and more, to guide your guests.
You won't have to worry about the RSVPs or whether your cousin, whom you last saw when you were teenagers, has responded. We manage everything for you, ensuring an stress-free experience.
