Our commitment to excellence begins with limiting the number of events we undertake. We commit to a small number of events per month and year and never take on multiples in a week. This allows us to fully dedicate ourselves to our present clients' needs and wishes. Nothing is worse than having divided time, interest, and focus between two equally important events, which always ends in disappointment for someone.
Our dedication to you extends beyond the event days. We are fully dedicated to you for two weeks surrounding your event, ensuring you have our undivided attention throughout the lead-up, event days, and post-event time.
We believe in offering exceptional support and availability, even after the festivities have ended. We understand that unexpected things can come up, and we don't think you should have to deal with them. You should be enjoying the glow of wedding bliss (and a piña colada).
Our experience has taught us that there are always last-minute errands, unforeseen challenges post-event, or tiny details that get missed here and there. As a true luxury planners, we deal with these quickly and discreetly, making sure that no one notices. We understand that no one wants last-minute drama, and we are here to take on everything, so if there is drama, you don't have to be the one to deal with it.
Bad weather, disruptive guests, random wedding crashers (yes, this happens) - our team can handle every possible situation and ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. All you have to do is focus on enjoying your special day and making it all about you two.

Your wedding day is not just about ensuring your guests have a great time, it’s also about you, your bridal party, and your immediate family feeling nourished and treated with the utmost care and attention. We understand the importance of these personal touches and strive to make your day as special as possible.
One of the many things that needs to be remembered is food and drink for the day. Nothing is worse than showing up at the altar and being so hungry, dehydrated, and depleted that all that glowing makeup doesn't even do you justice.
We organize and personally deliver platters of food and refreshments (water and bubbles, of course) to the getting-ready location, making sure everyone is cared for and nourished in the way that feels best for them.
Our services go beyond basic logistics, we assist with anything you need and check in multiple times in the day to make sure you have everything you need, even if just to have the reassurance that all is being taken care of and you do not have to worry.
This is one of the many things that makes us different from the average planner - whether it is a last-minute errand or a cuddle, we are always there for you!
For destination weddings, managing vendor connections and meetings can be a challenge. But we make it a point to attend all vendor meetings, ensuring there's no room for misunderstandings or forgetting things (yes, one shade off makes a huge difference, and we won't let that happen). From creating detailed vendor timelines to coordinating every detail and shot with photographers and videographers, we leave no detail unchecked to bring your vision to life without hiccups, breakdowns, or meltdowns.
There is no need to worry about delayed response (or no response at all), chasing price lists and quotes, or going back and forth, back and forth (all of which are common issues when working with vendors in a destination location). We manage it all and provide only the answers you need, not all the in-between. Sometimes, that even means driving over and knocking on doors, which we will do without a second thought to ensure you have what you need.
